  • 8-Week Course

An eight-week live, interactive, online course in Unified Mindfulness meditation

I began sessions with Sunday a couple of months ago. She has helped me find greater inner peace and love for myself. I am beginning to understand how I’ve rejected and ignored parts of myself and am learning how to become a better friend to myself. Sunday has been skilled and kind as we’ve worked together and I highly recommend her as a spiritual guide.
